The Challenge: Establishing a Definitive Market Voice

The team at Alfa Laval required a high-impact piece of content that could credibly demonstrate the performance and ROI of their specialist brewing equipment. Bristol-based brewery Wiper & True, was already producing high-quality beer but faced critical challenges with efficiency, enduring product loss of around 12–13% per batch using their original Uni-tank system.

Wiper & True’s core brief was to dramatically improve sustainable efficiency—saving water, heat, CO2, and product—without ever compromising their high standards for ingredients.

The Barefoot Solution: Crafting a Dual-Format Narrative for Alfa Laval

Commissioned by Alfa Laval, we produced a compelling, authentic customer testimonial film, focusing on how the installation of the Alfa Laval Brew 80 Centrifuge solved Wiper & True’s core efficiency and quality issues.

The Main Film

The main testimonial film was built around the genuine, expert voices of Karl Gowing (Production Manager) and Marvin Lindner (Brewery Operations Director). Shot within Wiper & True’s modern facilities, the film uses high-definition visuals to capture the Brew 80 in action. Our focus was on creating a transparent, narrative-driven piece that establishes the centrifuge as a critical piece of technology, validated by the end-user’s own experience.

The Social Cut

To ensure maximum visibility for Alfa Laval’s message, we developed a strategic social cut-down. This asset focused on the dramatic efficiency and quality improvements, and the positive experience with Alfa Laval as a company.
